hide and seek

squeak, squeak, squeak...
the squirrel's tail bounds--
my heart pounds--
where, in hiding, its mate?

hi.

came here from Balachandran's

I like your writing, how you paint with your words, a moment with crystal clarity.

Eager to be back

thanks, imagination. i too think it good. the trick, i feel, is to transport yourself to the other. it is a wonderful learning process. you start seeing others from inside...and loving.

sure, extremity. learn being in a state of zen, at the moment, without thoughts of the past or schemes of the future. and read Basho, the 17th century japanese poet. see everything as though for the first time, die to the memories and respond. i have lately become a great fan of Basho. he transports himself into the thing he writes about.
