Movement of Meditation

I was listening to the following talk by J. Krishnamurti on the movement of meditation:
http://www.jkrishnamurti.org/krishnamurti-teachings/view-video/the-movement-of-meditation-full-version.php
He is trying to speak to us of the unspeakable. What I grasped listening to the talk two times is only that much I can comprehend within the limit of my individual consciousness, while he is speaking about the totality of consciousness that is overwhelming, limitless, boundless...

sorry deepa, haven't been visiting the blog for a while and so the delay in responding.
do not listen to JK talk as though listening to entertainment like music. participate wholly in what he says. participating wholly means you disappearing and functioning only as a listening antenna.
he is trying to say something which cannot be said. that which can be described is not tao--who said that? lao tsu! you have to go beyond the words and see what he is trying to say. see how his eyes well up with tears feeling so much compassion for us who could not understand what he is trying to say!
